We are excited to have you as part of the Max Multisport team for training. In order to redeem your deal, we ask you register with us at the event listing(s) below. This must be done prior to you attending any workouts/programs with us. You can either scroll or click on particular deal to see redemption policies pertaining to your deal:

Once we have you registered, we will be in contact with you about your next steps to attend a program, workout, class or assessment. Be sure to check our website for detailed locations, times and program start dates. Be sure to go to the appropriate link or links below and sign up as a "NON-Member". Once you are registered as a MEMBER, you can then use your login and password (which will be emailed to you from our club assistant program) and use that to register for additional YouSwoop events below consistent with your YouSwoop purchase.

FEB 2011 Swoop Options and Redemption Links: (click on below to redeem)
All Group Run Programs (Spring Half, Hot Chocolate and Winter Half programs are now closed). 2/21 is the last day to redeem swoop for full value for all FEB 2011 purchased Swoop Deals. After that, the purchased value can be applied to a regularly purchased program, contact the office directly at 773-832-1335 to arrange. 2/21 was supposed to be the last day to actually get in all the workouts, but we decided to extend and allow up through 4/21 to use the swoop deal or the 8 workouts, whichever comes first.

Group Swim Punch-card (8 workouts is active from your first workout and eligible for use 2 months from that date).

Frequently Asked Questions on Redemption:
Q: I don't see my Daily Candy, Active Schwaggle or CBS Local Deal name or Voucher Number. How do I find it?
A: You should receive a voucher from Daily Candy, Active or CBS Local after registering and on that voucher, both of these items can be found. Typically it is your full name which you registered with and there is a voucher number on it as well. (if you buy one for a gift, they must register themselves and sign our online liability waiver). You cannot register someone else.
Q: I can't find my YouSwoop Member Name or YouSwoop Account ID. How do I find it?
A: You need to login into your YouSwoop account and get the certificate which they provide for you in your account. Go to www.YouSwoop.com and go to Login. Once you are in Go to top right corner and click on 'My Account'. Once in 'My Account' it will show your Swoops. Click on 'Print' to view it and there you will find your name and the Account ID on the bottom.
Q: I purchased a Swoop, Daily Candy, Active Schwaggle or CBS Local Deal for a gift, how do I redeem that?
A: You will need to provide them with the Certificate ID or Voucher Number and Name and they need to register themselves at the appropriate program links above, just as you did. In the notes section, they will need to put in that you gave them it as a gift. Each athlete that trains with us must register themselves and sign our waiver and physical activity readiness questions. Please do not register friends or family yourself as they need to sign and initial their own form.
Q: What's next? I haven't heard from anyone.
A: We are working hard to make sure you have a quality training experience with us. Due to the influx of clients, we will be working to organize all programs which women signed up for and get back to you with training instructions on programs/workouts and/or schedule your services. Be assured we will be in touch in the next few days. Please be sure to check your junk mail folders to ensure documentations and instructions did not go there.
If you signed up for our swim workouts, we will send you instructions on that as well. A punch-card gets sent which you need to print and bring with for each workout and have a coach initial it.
Q: I'm signed up for group run and/or group swim workouts, why does it ask me for activation and anticipated workouts?
A: We want to make sure we know when you will be coming to activate your 4 or 8 group workouts or unlimited swim (2 months). A coach will be sending via email each athlete a group-punch card which must be brought to each workout and signed off by a coach. (Please make sure you bring this with you to each workout.) We want to know what date you plan on coming and also what workouts weekly you plan on attending for proper staffing purposes. You will also get an invite to our private message board and event board where you can rsvp for swim workouts and get updated schedule weekly.
Q: Can I use the Swoop, Daily Candy, Active Schwaggle Deal or CBS Local Deal towards other programs?
A: We are sorry but currently the deal you purchased is available for above listed and purchased programs only. There are no transfers and no cash value applicable towards other programs. We appreciate your understanding.
Q: When does the deal expire?
A: For all FEB 2011 Swoops, the deal expires and must be used (workouts completed) prior to FEB 21, 2012 (expiration).
