Indoor Cycling in Downers Grove starts January 11th!

December 22, 2009

Biking helps running through improving aerobic capacity. It also helps to build overall leg strength.

Biking develops strong quadricep muscles, which will aid a weight bearing exercise like running for triathlon.

Biking can help if you have injuries. Run training seems to produce more injuries than biking (not including crashes) whereas you may not be able to run because of an injury: hamstring, knee, ankle, foot, but you can still ride a bike.

We have lots of sessions from which you can choose from or sign up for multiple sessions!  More details here.
