Looking for a regular weekly run? Looking for real skills and tips on how to improve your running? We have track workouts in the spring/summer months and a coached group run weekly in the winter. You will improve your run skills, form and fitness.  Check out these options:

Weekly Runs

Join the coaches of Max Multisport and stay motivated March-August with our weekly run workouts as a group.  Coach will lead you through a challenging workout to improve fitness and run form.  End of May-August we will meet at Universal Sole at 6:30 pm on Tuesday evenings and run in the local neighborhood. Occasionally we will run around Chicago area.  We will also offer track workouts on Thursday evenings at 6:30 pm held at North Park University track. Long runs on Saturday(starting end of May) or Sunday mornings around Chicago.  If you are new to the group, the Head Coach will provide you with a field assessment to set your heart zones for training at your first workout. (Field assessment on March 9th only) otherwise consider our testing services.

Max Track Workouts

Max Multisport Coaching's Track Workouts are challenging, interval running workouts designed to improve running speed and efficiency while promoting good run form. The intervals — a quarter of a mile to 2 miles — are intended to use short recovery bouts to improve lactate tolerance and maximum oxygen uptake.

You will learn to use Heart Zones methodology along with pace. Workouts are 3 to 6 miles total, and coached in a small group, by certified coaches, in order to give all runners maximum attention.

These workouts are designed for women runners. All levels are welcome, but runners should ideally be running 10-20 miles/week to add these challenging workouts to their training.

Please bring a water bottle, heart rate monitor and running gear to each workout.
