Whether you want to develop strength before your next race season or you simply want to look great in your little black dress for the holidays, check out our Core and More class.

Core and More will help you tighten your tummy, butt and hip areas and get toned up this fall! Our class is designed for all levels of endurance athletes (swimmers, cyclists, runners, triathletes). You will be challenged in a fun team environment that provides weekly variety to maximize your potential!

Leading Core and More, is one of the best trainers and athletes in the area, Coach Nancy Fudacz (check her full bio here). She puts the ‘F’ in Fun when it comes to exercise! Not only will you get a small and intimate group to motivate and encourage you, but you also will get individual and personalized attention!

No equipment is necessary! You will use your own body weight for resistance! Simply wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle for hydration.

Class size is limited so sign up now! This incredible program is being offered at $69.00 for a 4-week session or $20.00 for a single workout.
