Triathlon Swim Technique Class
Our Group Swim Workouts are geared for swimmers looking to improve their swimming skills for fitness or local swim meets or triathlons. The weekly workouts include basic technique instruction in a master-type swim workout. Please note: Emailed weekly workouts come with the Swim Team (monthly billing) and not the group swim punch-card.
For beginning participants you should have comfort in the water and be able to cover 100 yards with ease. For intermediate level we ask that you have completed at least one triathlon, have prior swimming experience or have completed a Max Multisport swim class in the past year and be prepared for at least 1800 yards in a practice.
Please note: This is not a learn-to-swim class. This is a fitness swim program. If you want to drastically improve swimming, your best bet is to sign up for a swim class with us.

"The class was really great. I have been recommending it to a ton of my friends. I can't believe how much I learned."-Mary H.
"The fitness and drill class has really helped me to improve my form, flexibility, endurance and focus on my inner core. I have noticed a difference in just 4 classes!"-Pamela
"Amazing! I love the Max's swim program. I wanted to improve my technique and endurance. Our coach explains why we are doing a specific exercise and how it benefits us. I can't see how anyone could improve with such strides on their own without Max Multisport."-Diane
"I do not have a swimming background and struggled with the swim portion of my first triathlon last year. With the help of excellent (and patient!) coaches from MMC, I have learned to be a more confident and efficient swimmer. I look forward to applying what I have learned in the upcoming race season!"-Lauren
"Let me start of by saying my private instructor was awesome. He was very nice and understanding and knew just when to push me, most important he was able to work with my crazy schedule to make sure I got all my classes in before my big trip. I was very uncomfortable being in the deep end of the pool and I had no idea on how to float. In the short time I spent with his instruction, in only 6 classes, I was so much more confidant being in the water, learned how to float . My instructor went the extra step to show me how to use the gear that I will be using on my trip snorkeling and scuba. He is an excellent instructor and I am happy to say that because of his knowledge I had an amazing time and experience in the deep blue sea. Thank you so much for taking the time to be so patient with me, you're a great instructor."-Vanessa D.
