For beginning participants you should have comfort in the water and be able to cover 50-75 yards with ease. For intermediate level we ask that you have completed at least one triathlon, have prior swimming experience or have completed a Max Multisport swim class in the past year.
Please note: This is not a learn-to-swim class. This is a fitness swim program. If you want to drastically improve swimming, your best bet is to sign up for a swim class or lesson with us.
