"I just wanted to send a quick thanks and let you know how much I enjoyed the training group. I was woefully out of shape before the program began and was able to meet my goals on race day. I appreciate all of the tips, coaching and support!"-Marian
"I am so glad I signed up for the 15K training group. I only just started running in March of this year. At that point it was a victory for me to even run 1 mile. Now I've run 9.3! And I want to go for 13 in January by using your 1/2 Marathon training. The group was fun, introduced me to interesting girls who have similar goals and are all going for one thing...to complete a 9 mile run.
Can't wait to run some more!" :)-Patti
"I met my goal of finishing the race and improving on my running. I learned about pacing myself and testing for my threshold. I'm very excited with the tools that I learned and as a newbie runner, I know that I have much more to learn." -Elvia
"The Hot Chocolate event was awesome, I had so much fun...I still can't believe I finished and didn't walk once. I am still dumb founded that I am actually somewhat athletic and so happy I found you because I love this new addiction of mine...not to mention the muscles that keep popping up and surprising me. Training with you has totally changed me for the good...in terms of attitude, happiness and the fact that I look sooo much better in bike shorts now than when I first started."-Lauren
"I can't believe it's been over a week since my 1/2 marathon. Despite some of the challenges I faced in this training group (weather, not really feeling 100%, being away for 2 weeks), I did feel well prepared for this race when the time came to run. Overall, I ran easy and comfortably and when things felt challenging, I was able to draw on the advice and tips that coaches shared during the training. I knew I had put in the miles and that in the end it would pay off and it did.
I did race in intervals (10:00 minutes on and 1:00 minute off) and that felt good. I felt well prepared to finish the race. Good nutrition. The right clothes. The knowledge about heart rate training.
I've really enjoyed training with Max Multisport....this was my 4th group training and I am sure I'll be back for more. Between the group accountability, the sound workout plans, the access to good advice and coaching and the extra encouragement you sometimes need to achieve your goals, I think Max does a great job of helping women get from the start line to the finish line while having a lot of fun along the way."-Katy
