"I just want to thank everyone for being an inspiration and helping me through the program. I feel so fortunate to have found a great group of women to work out with and the "bestest" coaches as my 9 year old would say. A lot of progress these past eight weeks for me. (I could barely swim one lap of freestyle and wasn't a biker either.)"- Chris Lucrese Gomez

Testimonials about the training program
"Katie and Laurie were the best coaches of all time! Not only was their advice and coaching tips incredible during our group workouts, but their cheerleading skills were #1! The highlight of my race was seeing Laurie and Katie on the bike route jumping up and down when I rode past. It made me smile and laugh the entire last loop! Thank you for all you have done for us. You are both incredible coaches and the BEST cheerleaders."-Shannon
"Thanks for such a great experience. I had a fantastic time at the triathlon and plan to do more. Thanks so much!!" -Leah
"I can't believe it's only been a week since the big tri! I took last week off and feel like a huge slug already. I got used to getting these emails encouraging me and telling me how great I am. I'm having huge withdrawals.-S.
"My experience with this program was incredible. I truly was in the worst shape of my life. I used to be more athletic but was just in a huge 2 year funk that resulted in me not taking care of my body or mind. I was actually smoking almost a pack a day when I started this training program. I've tried quitting in the past but could never do it for more that a week. After a week of training, that was it, I knew it was time. I never would have been able to complete the workouts while smoking. The heart-rate monitor made a huge difference too. Just being aware of my heart-rate and knowing what it should be helped me tremendously. So, 2 months smoke free. I can run a 5k, bike 14 miles and swim 1/2 mile. Who would've thought? I consider myself lucky to have been able to train with a group of devoted mothers, wives, friends, and true athletes. [The Coaches] were very supportive and always encouraging. Oh and the actual race day was incredible. Very nerve racking the night before and the morning of but I just tried to enjoy the experience. What an amazing experience. All different women, all ages, shapes, sizes all able to compete and complete a triathlon."-Annmarie
