Max Multisport Coaching's mission is to help women of all abilities build confidence and maximize their athletic potential. Our coaches are motivated to build strong relationships with each athlete and guide
them on their athletic journey. We focus on communicating with the athlete about current fitness levels and
goals, giving guidance and support, providing comprehensive training plans that accommodate the athlete's
lifestyle, assessing their limitations, and exploiting their strengths. We specialize in working with beginner
and advanced women athletes. We offer one on one online coaching, classes, group training programs and skills clinics
and camps for women.
