Have fun and make friends while training for the 2010 U.S. Women's Triathlon Series Sprint-distance triathlon in Naperville on June 13, 2010. Whether you're brand new to the sport or have completed several triathlons, Max Multisport can help you achieve your goals.

Our 8-week group training program (in the suburbs) features twice weekly workouts led by professional, certified coaches who are also highly experienced triathletes. The program is limited to 25 participants so coaches can give maximum attention to each athlete.   You will learn everything you need to know to successfully cross the finish line!

For the women in the city join Heart Zones Coaching for a 12-week combo program, which will be designed around two women's races: the Naperville Women's Triathlon and the Trek Women Triathlon. Heart Zones Coaching is the Official Training Program for the Trek Women Triathlon! The program will build over time gradually in a progressed manner and is for beginners to advanced women. We focus on small, intimate groups to allow maximum attention to each athlete. We will be targeting the Trek Women's race as the culminating event.

Tri for Girls on the Run-Chicago's Sole Mates

Max Multisport Coaching supports Girls on the Run-Chicago through their Sole Mates charity running program. You can raise funds for Girls on the Run-Chicago through Sole Mates and get Max Multisport training for FREE! Fundraising levels start at only $600. . (only applicable for the suburban program)

My experience with this program was incredible. I truly was in the worst shape of my life. I used to be more athletic but was just in a huge 2 year funk that resulted in me not taking care of my body or mind. I was actually smoking almost a pack a day when I started this training program. I've tried quitting in the past but could never do it for more that a week. After a week of training, that was it, I knew it was time. I never would have been able to complete the workouts while smoking. The heart-rate monitor made a huge difference too. Just being aware of my heart-rate and knowing what it should be helped me tremendously. So, 2 months smoke free. I can run a 5k, bike 14 miles and swim 1/2 mile. Who would've thought? This is a 12 week program offered by Heart Zones Coaching.  This program will be geared towards the Trek Women's Triathlon in Pleasant Prairie, WI on July 11.  The Naperville Triathlon will be one of the events within the training program.

$309.00 early bird rate till 3/15

$329.00 from 3/16 up to training date
